What is a good HYROX time?

For most Open division athletes, finishing under 90 minutes is a solid benchmark. Under 75 minutes is competitive. Under 60 minutes is elite. Women's times are typically 10–20 minutes slower than men's in the same division.

What is the average HYROX finish time?

The average Open division finish time is approximately 80–100 minutes for men and 90–110 minutes for women. This varies significantly by age, fitness background, and race experience.

How long does a HYROX race take?

Most Open division athletes finish in 60–120 minutes. Elite athletes finish in 45–60 minutes. The race involves 8 km of running and 8 functional workout stations.

What is the HYROX world record?
